How to install G900FXXU1BOJ1 Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware on SM-G900F:

There are several ways by which one can upgrade their firmware such as OTA - Over the Air (required stable internet connection, directly from your device), using Samsung Kies software (also required stable internet connection, using computer) and manual installation using Odin utility which we are going to discuss here. 9) Finally, click on the Start button to begin the installation process, wait few moments, it may take approximately 4 to 10 minutes to complete.

10) Once completed, you would see “PASS!” message in ID:COM port having green background

11) Your device should automatically reboot after completion

12) You can now disconnect your device from computer by removing the USB cable

13) You are done, check your Settings-About Phone to see the details of the latest updated firmware.

Troubleshooting! Fix Bootloop on Galaxy S5 SM-G900F

It may happens that, your device may stuck at booting screen. If your Galaxy S5 SM-G900F fail to start or restart frequently or stuck at boot animation screen for more than 10 minutes, then follow these instructions:

Remove the battery and place it again. Go to Recovery Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up+Home+Power buttons together (long press until something appears on the screen).
